Mark sold us our house 32 years ago, and we decided to sell after all these years as we start a new adventure, and of course after all these years we went with Mark to help us sell it..I highly recommend Mark as a realtor, as we did 32 years ago and today..

When a family property needed to be sold, we didn't hesitate to call Mark again. From previous experience we knew Mark to be the consummate professional. He has a great understanding of the market and was able to position our property to appeal to just the right buyer. Mark was even able to recommend competent help to assist us with the clean out. Not only was he patient in answering all our questions, but he efficiently communicated with multiple family members keeping us all informed along the process, which actually went quicker than we imagined. Not only is Mark great at what he does, he's also a very nice guy and always a pleasure to work with and talk to. Highly recommended!

Mark has been (and continues to be) an incredible realtor for me. I was going through some difficult life experiences, and he was always so helpful through this process. He helped guide me in the sale of my house and was an awesome communicator and very responsive. He is now helping me to find a new place to call my own and has been diligently searching for me! I highly recommend Mark Raymond!

I would highly recommend Mark as an agent. I knew close to nothing about the process and Mark assisted every step of the way with purchasing my first home, and was especially helpful in quickly resolving common FHA hurdles. Mark was always available which was important to me, and consistently exceeded expectation with coordinating inspections, discussions with loan provider, scheduling open house visits, and etc. If you are reading this review, take my honest recommendation and get Mark on your team, it will make your buying/selling process 10x easier. Mark was simply amazing in marketing, pricing, showing and promoting the sale of my home. It was an unusual property with a house, horse barn and indoor riding arena so not everyone's ideal home. But Mark knew just what resources he needed to use and went above and beyond to pull them all together quickly and professionally. He loves what he does and it shows in the results. He was very proactive and constantly available. There was never any lag in getting information from Mark. If there were any open questions, he went about pursuing the answers relentlessly. I know he had other homes he was representing at the same time as mine but it felt like mine was the only one. I would not hesitate to call on Mark again should I sell or buy.
