Stay away from this agent. I am an Out of state investor try to test Vegas market and was introduced to Daniel J Rosenberg by a friend so no question was ask or do homework on him. I just use him to list a property near Summerlin area in Las Vegas. It was a BIG mistake!! Do your homework check your agent activities and read the review. 1) I asked Daniel to do an open house – his reply “Open house only good for seller agent to get new client and it an invitation for thief to come and empty the house”. His never market the property correctly other than put it on MLS. No open house. No flyers. 2) When I did get an offer he emailed the offer to me on Jan. 19th 2019 1:30pm (1 day after it expired) the offer dated Jan. 17th 2019 and expired on Jan 18th 5pm. When I asked for proof of funds and financial supporting document for the offer. Daniel reply “I forgot to attached the documents” an addendum was created to extend expiration date and $1k reduction to closed the deal. Daniel told me he will check make sure all appliances are working and do a test run on washer and dryer before the inspection. He did not do that either. I asked him to cover $500 toward the $1k reduction for his incompetent. He then offered to give me a discount for the next property BUT I will pass on his offer. Do your homework!! Las Vegas is a big market with many good agents. Unfortunately, Daniel-you’re fired! I don’t like to deal with a lazy and incompetent agent. I closed over 30+ verifiable transactions.

Daniel follows closely with each showing and shows his profession during the whole transaction. My husband has been ill so Daniel had to coordinate between some potential buyers for the showing time changes.He put a great offer on the property so we could sell. Highly recommend!

Daniel was our agent to help us buy our 6th house. If we Daniel had been our agent for our other five homes, we would have bought each for less and sold each for more. Daniel knows the Summerlin market and listens to his customers about what they want in a house. He thinks outside the box so his customers see properties that not only meet the customers requriements, but help you consider options you may not have thought of.

Daniel is hands down the best residential real estate agent I have ever worked with. He LOVES what he does, which makes all the difference in the world. Add to that his knowledge of the local market and real estate in general, his attention to detail, and the fact that he simply outworks everyone else, and you have a fantastic realtor.

Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He is a great communicator and understood exactly what we were looking for. Daniel spent an incredible amount of time with us and was very patient. We were never rushed or pressured. His knowlege of the real estate market is impressive. We highly recommend him.
