Slow to respond then doesn’t respond at all when trying to view a rental. Understood he’s a high end realtor in the area so this is small potatoes but why take the rental then. My communication was quick and succinct so not sure how it could have been something I said.

I am working with Austin now on a property in Manhattan Beach and he is super professional, highly responsive, always prompt, and very knowledgeable. Working with him is seamless which is very much appreciated at such a busy time. I know I can trust him to get the job done quickly - he makes real estate transactions look easy!

Dave Caskey and the entire Caskey & Caskey team are terrific and did a great job advising us and selling our ocean-view home in Manhattan Beach. Prior to hiring the Caskeys, we spent three months stuck with a realtor whose incompetence, sloppiness, lack of resources, and disturbing conflicts-of-interest and ethical issues were appalling in our opinion. The move to Dave Caskey and his team was like night and day - the breadth and depth of Dave and his team's knowledge, resources, specialist expertise, marketing heft, buyer flow, and strength of network are best in breed. In our view, the Caskeys made our prior realtor look amateurish and utterly outdated by comparison -- the Caskeys' high tech approach, professionalism and remarkable array of resources were outstanding. Wish we'd gone with the Caskeys from the beginning, but glad we came to our senses and moved to the premier team with the Caskeys.

Dave Caskey listed our house in Manhattan Beach. He only showed it once & that was to a friend of his. We really needed to move & felt we had no choice but to accept his friend’s offer which was below our asking price. After signing the contract, he took in the role of representing us both. Bottom line is, we had to pay him $55,000.00 in commission fees for selling our house to his friend. I felt it was very unfair.

From the first moment we met to discuss what we were looking for, my husband and I were extremely impressed. Bryn & Andrea were such a strong team - each bringing their own skills to the house-buying process. More than anything, it was such a smooth process because we were working with true professionals. We felt informed about the process every step of the way. For first-time buyers, this was huge. I was also constantly amazed by how 'on top of it' they were with little reminders of things we needed to do. I truly felt as if we were their only clients, but we know how busy they are. I had so many questions & niggles, but they literally made me feel as if everything I said was valid when I'm sure a lot of it was a bit daft! They responded in a timely manner to every single question. I don't know how they do that! Working with people who are easy to get along with and make you feel comfortable is nice, but the icing on the cake was their phenomenal skillset at getting us what we wanted. There were multiple bids on the house we wanted and we are convinced that we won the house because of Bryn & Drea's persistence, calm and ingenuity in figuring out what was important to the sellers, therefore making our offer tantalising as possible. They have a vast knowledge - and believe me this is not easy-peasy stuff including all aspects of home ownership. Even after the sale completed, they have still been enormously helpful in answering our questions & finding us assistance with various house issues like chimney cleaning or pest control. We have felt supported by them every single step of the way in this process. We also completed our sale on a complicated property within five weeks. Just AH-MA-ZING realtors to work with. Could not recommend them highly enough.
