Jerry and his team were awesome. We initially worked with Jerry searching for a potential new home. When we decided to sell our home we went with Jerry because we had such a good experience looking for potential homes -- we wanted to return the favor so to speak and give him first opportunity to list and sell our house. Jerry Carew sold my home and also helped me find my new home in Redondo Beach. He sold our house in 3 days and I think that is due to how well prepared Jerry and his team are. They helped me stage the house as we were still living in it at the time, took wonderful pictures and video that really showcased the best aspects of the house. They were attentive all through the selling process, making sure the buyer was completing his tasks on time as well as giving me plenty of notice for inspections etc. This attention to detail did not change during my buying process. Jerry knew exactly what type of home I wanted to purchase and enlisted the help of his colleague, Kristine Robinson to show me every suitable house on the market over a 2 month period. I ended up buying a property that Jerry found while I was on vacation. He sent me a video of the property and I bought it sight-unseen. I have no hesitation in recommending Jerry, Kristine and his team for any of your property needs.
