We’ve worked with Jeanne to purchase two homes. One in 2014 and again in 2018. She is amazing and knows the market very well. She is so helpful along every step in process. I would highly recommend Jeanne!!

In 2012, Steve and I teamed with Dave Steinick to sell our house in Grimes, IA. He immediately used many facets of the media to expose our house to buyers resulting in a sale within 10 days. After 5 years away from the Des Moines, IA area, we decided to return and there was no question as to who we would use again as a realtor. After calling Dave, not only did he remember us but he also recalled many details about our lives after 5 years. He was very welcoming and assigned our home search to Jeanne Glaser. I can’t say enough about how she has helped us locate the perfect home. She constantly kept in contact with us by sending us homes in our price range & always keeping us updated. When we arrived in Des Moines to search for homes she devoted many hours helping us look for our home. The whole process here in DM was very smooth. Jeanne was a wealth of information from advising loan officers to helping with utilities and all aspects of the move right up to closing day. There was never a question she couldn’t answer and/or advise. She is exceedingly very competent and personable. I would highly recommend Dave and Jeanne of the Steinick Group.

Dave and Jeanne were wonderful to work with! Dave sold our prior home and thoroughly answered all our first time seller questions and helped our home get offers quickly. Jeanne was great on the purchasing of our new home as well. She explained everything to us again on the buying side since it had been awhile since we were in the buying market. I would highly recommend The Steinick Group!

Dave is honest, hard working, and fun to work with! He came and took great pictures to highlight the best of my home. He communicates well and in a timely manner which is as very helpful when scheduling showings for the home. I would highly recommend Dave!
