First off let me begin by saying that buying or selling a house is a stressful experience in and of itself. So to have an experienced professional like David, who just so happens to be a hell of a human being, helping your family be in the best position to win, was service above and beyond his work description. His expertise was spot on and far exceeded that of realtors I dealt with in the past. His attention to every detail was unmatched. But the best thing about him is he just cared. His heart was evident and that made the whole process easier on us. He’s a damn good realtor but he’s an even better human being. He’s an asset to the company he works for. They should be happy to have him. I’m sure he’s underpaid, the great ones always are….anyway, whenever I buy or sell a house in the future, the first person I’m calling is David. It’s the best decision you can make.

David iAllen is by far top-notch in knowledge, professionalism and very informative in the real estate market. He navigated us through the sell of our home and made it such a a seamless process. Highly recommend!!!

David was excellent in providing advice and knowledge on the local housing market. He was very responsive for any inquiries and always made time available for any questions I had. The selling rocess was smooth and he handled negotiations with the buyer professionally as well as made sure to inform me of anything that popped up along the way in a timely manner. I would highly recommend David as a realtor and will be using him again in the future.

David is awesome to work with! He was extremely responsive and ALWAYS available to show us houses and answer all of our questions. David made himself available to show us numerous houses in a day, as well as make make himself available same day if there was something we wanted to see in a hurry. Our house did have multiple offers and he did awesome negotiating the purchase so we landed our dream home!!! In addition, he is extremely knowledgeable about everything and anything you need to know about the home buying process. I can't thank David enough for helping us find our forever home!!
