Mr. Longworth has once again proven himself to be an expert in his field. Through his advice and diligent workings he was able to sell our home within 48 hours at a price that was beyond our expectations. I have worked with Mr. Longworth on multiple buying and selling of real estate property in the Providence area of Las Vegas and I have always received exceptional service. Miss Longworth has my respect and admiration for the work that he does within his trade and I am proud to also say that he is my friend.

Dave Longworth represented me as my buyer's agent in the purchase of a newly constructed home. Some people don't see the need for a buyer's agent when purchasing new construction but I certainly do! The seller's agent (typically an employee of the builder) represents the seller (their employer) but the buyer's agent will ensure that the process is seamless and problem free. Even in a challenging market, Dave was able to negotiate some incentives for me, which were greatly appreciated. Thank you Dave for everything!

Deciding to sell your home during a global pandemic is daunting, to say the least, but Dave really knocked it out of the park for us! Within a week of us contacting him, he had a professional photographer and a 3-D Tour videographer come out, and had our house beautifully and professionally listed and ready for showings. The showings catered to our family's needs giving us plenty of notice and making the process completely stress-free. I still can't quite believe it, but during the height of shutdowns, we were on the market for less than a month and got our asking price! Dave even negotiated fewer closing costs than we were expecting. Throughout the whole process, if we had a question, a doubt or even a whim, he was there. He answered our texts and calls quickly and without fail whether they were during business hours or not. This was, by far, the best experience we've ever had buying or selling a home! We couldn't have been better taken care of!

My wife and I have worked with David Longworth as our Buyer’s Agent on two different occasions. We ended up purchasing two different homes on two different occasions in the Las Vegas area and both times had an ‘Outstanding’ experience working with Dave! Dave is a hands-on realtor who knows the market and delivers on what is communicated between buyer and agent. He stayed the course and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the buying process. We communicated what our objectives were in our home buying search and what our price point was and he ensured we got to see what was available during our home search. My wife was out of town on some of the home walk-throughs Dave and I reviewed so Dave made videos of the reviewed properties and sent them to her so she could see them. We ended up putting in several offers on different homes during our journey with Dave preparing all the required offers and real estate documents, once our offer was excepted we got the best available house at a good price to include getting a new refrigerator, negotiated by Dave. Dave has can-do attitude and was inspirational in us finding our forever home! My wife and I would 100% recommend Dave to anyone needing a Real Estate Agent!
