David’s knowledge, responsiveness, and flexibility are unmatched. David helped us purchase our first home here in New Mexico and was invaluable to us throughout the entire process making sure we understood every step and had all of our questions answered so we always felt informed and very comfortable moving forward. Not only was he wonderful in regards to his knowledge of real estate in the area, but he also was very accommodating for us as we have very complicated schedules with our amazing son who has special needs. David was able to use the windows of time we were able to make ourselves available to really make things work for us. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and was more than happy to just jump on a call with us and make sure we were all on the same page. He also was wonderful in making sure we got all of the things that we needed out of the negotiation process. David made us feel very comfortable throughout this entire process and we are now happily in our new home and cannot recommend David enough to anyone who is looking for an extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and responsive realtor.
