David unfortunately fell very short of our expectations. Everything went smoothly up until we were literally moving into our new home. Somehow David got the move in date off by a week. We had been in contact with him and confirmed our move in date multiple times. We found out, after driving 17 hours from our previous home, that we would not be moving in that day. We were left to find a hotel and had to find a place for our belongings and pets for close to a week. David became radio silent and we did not hear from him. We had to speak with the sellers of the home and work out when we would be able to move in. I was extremely unhappy with how David left things. I completely understand that mistakes happen but to completely ignore the problem was incredibly unprofessional. I would never recommend David.

VERY QUICK IF YOU ARE MOTIVATED TO JUST MOVE FORWARD AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE! HAD US INTO 5 PROPERTIES IN A MATTER OF ONE DAY!! VERY INFORMATIVE. WOULD DO IT AGAIN.

David took the initiative to call us with people who were interested in our area and sold it at the price we wanted to the first person who walked through the door...was a super smooth process, thank you David and team!

We put our house on the market when we moved in April 2017. After 6 months of it being on the market and not getting sold with a different realtor we took it off. We decided to put it back on the market February 2018 with David. We were extremely worried and had a lot of concerns since the last time it was on the market and the realtor we had didn’t seem like they were to concerned with getting it sold and the process with us being so far away. David assured us he could have the house sold and his goal was a month. Sure enough our house wasn’t even on the market a month when we got multiple offers. Even though it was a stressful process for us, David was amazing throughout it. He was there when we had questions or concerns. He was overall extremely helpful through out the whole process. Highly recommend him if your needing to sell your house.

After dealing with a number of realtors and a house that had been on the market over a year I was frustrated and hopeless. David contacted me, we listed our house with him and had a full price offer less than a week later. He worked harder in that time than the past realtors had in a year. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house! He was fantastic!
