Dawn is knowledgeable, friendly and a great person to have in your corner. She was instrumental in selling our old house. We took her advise and was under contract in less than a week. Dawn listened to our requirements for a new place and found us the perfect home. She was with us every step of the way. Whether you are buying or selling, I would strongly recommend Dawn.

I can't say enough good things about Dawn! She was excellent through the entire home buying and selling process. She helped my husband and I sell our townhouse and buy our new home. From start to finish Dawn was the easiest person to get a hold of. Whenever we had questions or needed help with finding inspectors or mortgage companies, Dawn was there to help. During the process of searching for a new home, Dawn always made herself available when it was most convenient to us. When we saw a home we knew we needed to jump on, she was free to make an appointment to see if right away. She was very honest in the home buying process telling us her honest opinion on the price and the overall value of the home. We are now in our dream home and we couldn't have done it without her help! Thank you!

Dawn has been my agent through 3 purchases and 2 sales. Each time she has gone above and beyond her role, showing me more houses than any agent should be required to do and even put up with my late night panic texted. Calming my nerves and helping me make the best decision for my needs. At closing she not only made sure all the papers were in order. She also pulled out all the stops to protect my interests and ensure things went through without a hitch. I highly recommend this devoted and passionate agent.

I highly recommend Dawn. Dawn helped me with the purchase of my new home and sold my existing home. She is very dedicated and passionate about helping her clients in any and every way possible.
