Teresa and Steve with the Stultz team were truly amazing! They definitely went above and beyond to get us into the house we wanted! Even with all of the sellers sides issues, they walked us through it all and ensured our new home would be ours! The whole Stultz team were incredible responsive and available always. We can not say enough amazing things about them.

Today we closed on our parents' 42-year-old custom home! Teresa and Steve were with us the whole way giving advice for preparing the property, offering to help with so many of the little details, and even listing the vehicles for sale when we were overwhelmed. They brought in 50 potential buyers the first weekend and we had a deal in hand within 4 days for 14% over the asking price... cash and no inspection required. You'll never find a harder working, more knowledgeable team.??

Carolyn and the Stultz was extremely helpful! She worked quickly to book us viewings and was always willing to drive around to different places. Carolyn was very knowledgeable about the properties we requested and gave us great advice as first time home buyers. We would 100% work with the Stultz team again in the future!

We got to close on our house and couldn't be happier. Kelli was awesome and such a blessing to work with. Not only is she just a genuine and kind person. She knows what she's doing when it comes to houses. She's very knowledgeable on different types of houses, regulations and codes. She takes her time explaining things and with showing a house. She made this an enjoyable process. She took all of our feedback about what we were looking for. It felt like we were a team. I highly recommend her. And would love to work with her again if need be.

This team is incredible. They are so patient and understanding to our specific needs. They walked us (practically hand held us) through the whole process of purchasing a home. They connected us with the proper lawyer and home inspector immediately. I can't give them more stars because 5 is what is allowed but if I could I would.
