Kay was excellent to work with. She came highly recommended for her high ethical standards and she lived up to billing. Kay did a great job guiding me through the process of selling my parent's house even though I was out of town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor in McHenry County.

She provided us with clear and precise knowledge of what to expect on the ongoing process on a first time homebuyer like us. We are so thankful that we were referred to Kay. She came in at the eleventh hour (after having a nightmare experience with our prior agent, who we ended up terminating). Kay had our contract written up in a matter of hours so that the buyers were able to receive our offer in the limited amount of time we had left. Kay's timeliness, professionalism, and attention to detail helped us get the home that we love. We could not have done it without Kay! We would refer her to family and friends in a heartbeat.

As a first time home buyer I relied on the guidance and support of a knowledgeable real estate agent; I found that with Kay. She was able to provide me with amazing referrals for all of my needs including a broker (for my special circumstances), lawyer and inspectors, all who were patient and willing to educate me and everything I needed to know in their specialty in order to make a wise decision on buying a house. Kay is upfront, honest and didn't sugarcoat anything or let me get carried away on any unattainable expectations I may have for my first home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
