I had purchased a condo for my daughter to live in while attending UGA Law and when she graduated, we wanted to sell it. He has in-depth knowledge of the market and a very nuanced understanding of the local area. Dean, is very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market. buying a home can be very challenging especially right now. Dean's process may is seem like a strange dream. During the search Dean knowledge of the Market was literal key to my new front door. The house I bought came on the Market at 10 pm Monday night. I texted Dean, "Think this one will be available Thursday?" He Came back with "Nope, We need to go Tomorrow." Dean work close with my lending officer in getting Preapproval documents, so I didn't have worry about doing that. Offer was Submitted By Tuesday Evening and Wednesday Evening Contracts was sign. But that is just the Beginning. Then his Team Kicked in. Stephanie Guided things Me through getting things done. Weekly text of what needed to be done made thing extremely smooth. I can't say enough about Dean and Stephanie. Yes Buying a home can be stressful and difficult, but Dean's process did away with 90% of mine.

Dean and Stephanie , did a great job in finding us a superb home . They were thorough and very detailed and never gave up on us during a market that was very difficult for buyers . They are both very knowledgeable of market conditions and very responsive. They treated us like family and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Highly recommended.
