Debbie has been our go to realtor for the last several years!! Her expertise has put us at ease, through selling a condo and purchasing a home, now 5 yrs later selling that home to move out of state. When we decided to make the move in selling our home, we were presented with an offer to sell without having to list. It seemed like a great opportunity to save some money and avoid the stress. We called Debbie to let her know and to seek her professional advice. Once she laid out our options, we decided to pass on what seemed like an amazing, too good to be true offer and listed the house with her by our side. She fought our battles, handled our negotiations and as a result of her great marketing and communication, we ended up receiving multiple offers. Our home sold for $23,000 higher than expected, with the buyer removing all contingencies. Debbie is an absolute realty rock star!! Her work ethic and professionalism reflects the love she has for her job.

Debbie is the best!! I wouldnt have my house id it werent for her knowledge and perseverance. We dealt with so many problems and road blocks, I couldnt have done it with any other agent. I had complete faith in Debbie and her process because she knew how to navigate all of it.

I would recommend using Debbie as your realtor. She’s awesome very knowledgeable of the different areas where I was looking to purchase. She’s very thorough with everything. I would definitely use her again.

Debbie was fantastic with selling our home in a timely manner. We decided to move back to the Bay Area from the Central Valley, and had to sign a lease agreement before selling our house. It was important that the sale of our house go through before our next house payment to avoid paying a mortgage and rent. Debbie was excellent with staying onto of all of the inspections, documentation and coordinating with the buyers realtor. During our anxiety of uncertainty throughout the process, she was kind, honest and always responded right away. In addition, her knowledge of the selling process is thorough and interacting with other agents was very impressive. My husband and I highly recommend Debbie to home sellers and buyers. It was an extreme pleasure to get to know her and hope our paths will cross again in the future.
