Debbie Monceaux was referred to my wife and me by another home seller, with highest praise, and now I know why. Debbie surely sets the bar for any realtor. She is wonderfully personable, incredibly thorough, and shrewdly experienced when it comes to timing a sale or negotiating with other realtors. Debbie provides contacts with top-notch loan officers, home repair contractors, a property inspectors, stagers and photographers, moving companies, and CPAs who are all part of the buying and selling process. Debbie makes herself eminently available by text, call, email--or often in person--to answer questions or clarify procedures, which she does in a patient and timely manner. When a house is sold, she provides a copious binder including all presale actions and closing paperwork. Not only is Debbie an exceptional professional, but her generous sense of humor helped my wife and I get through the sometimes challenging journey of buying and selling a residence. We rate Debbie 10 stars out of 5!

Debbie was really helpful in getting us tours and helping us figure out what to look for. We got an offer in on our house quickly and she helped us organize everything. We were first time home buyers with very little knowledge, so Debbie's expertise was a lifesaver. She was readily available at all times and continued to help us out with the house after closing. I'd definitely recommend her.

Debbie worked with my parents and I to help my parents find a new construction home in Manteca, CA. My parents were looking to relocate from Michigan to California to be closer to me and my family. Debbie truly went above and beyond in helping my parents with all aspects of the relocation, as I describe below. Debbie began working with us in 2016. After meeting my parents and I, and showing us a few homes, she very quickly picked up on my parents' requirements and taste, and was able to show them a large number of homes that they liked in a short amount of time - this was great, as my parents were in town for just a short amount of time. Debbie continued working with us for the next 3 years, as it was not until the end of 2019 that my parents settled on a builder for their new home. I was regally impressed with Debbie's patience with us. Most other agents probably would have dismissed us as not serious buyers after some time, but Debbie did not. I think it is because she understood that the move was a very big deal for my parents, and that it was important for them to find the right house. I greatly appreciated her patience. After some time, my parents decided to put their name on the waiting list with several builders. Debbie would regularly follow up with the builders regarding my parents' place in the list and the status/prospects, and would regularly communicate her findings to us. I did not expect this level of involvement and it was incredibly helpful, making us feel a lot more "in the loop" than we would have otherwise. When my parents finally selected a builder, Debbie was with us at all steps along the way. She came to numerous appointments with my parents to select various options for their new home, some lasting as long as 8 hours. She asked pertinent questions about the various options and provided very useful advice - I think as a result of this advice, my parents avoided making a lot of bad choices with the options. After the house construction began, Debbie came to all the inspections that took place, and again provided very useful insights/advice. She also found a number of defects and called them out to be repaired - we likely would not have noticed them until much later without her doing this, so it saved a lot of time/stress. Not only was Debbie incredibly helpful with the purchase of my parents' new home, she was kind enough to provide some useful advice regarding the sale of my parents' home in Michigan. Some issues came up with the sale, leaving us frustrated and concerned, without a knowledgeable person to consult with. Debbie had several conference calls with us about the issues and provided advice on how to best deal with them. She even had a phone call with my parents' realtor to try to resolve those issues/concerns. I was blown away that Debbie would do this effectively in her own time and out of the goodness of her heart, as she had nothing to do with the sale of my parents' home, and it was not even in the state of California. She continues to provide advise on various contractors, landscapers, furniture stores, etc. to help my parents get situated in their new home. Debbie was always very responsive, often getting back to us in minutes, even in the evenings. After my parents moved into their new home, they received a welcome gift from Debbie - a beautiful bowl from Tiffany's; another unexpected pleasant surprise! What I find unique about Debbie is that she genuinely cares about her clients, and this really shows. It is very rare to find people like these - even friends, much less professionals in a comission-based industry - these days, in my opinion. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a realtor in the Central Valley!

Debbie was amazing and knowledgeable. She was very upfront and honest with us the entire way through and explained everything to us very clearly. She was much better than our lender and has continued to help us and answer our questions even after we bought our home. We can't thank her enough.

Debbie is absolutely amazing!! She was always available anytime we had any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable and very flexible in regards to showings. She made our whole experience so easy in a time that is not so easy being that we were/are dealing with a pandemic. I would not hesitate to have Debbie represent us again if we ever had to sell or purchase another home. She is the BEST!!
