Shelby is an amazing person, and the best Realtor I can possibly imagine. I did not know who she was prior to working with her. But I feel so fortunate to have met her. Shelby embodies the absolute standard in professionalism, and fully adopted my goals and needs, acting as a client advocate, confidante, and friend. She is hard-working, tireless, responsive, and extremely ethical. I met her when I was looking at properties in Twain Harte, and ended up purchasing a home with her, which was a great experience. When I needed to sell a few years later, i didn't think twice about using anybody else. She handled so many issues, large and small, for me. She far-exceeded all expectations in numerous ways; dealing with neighbor encroachments, putting together marketing videos, following up with non-communicative buyers' agents, helping to find contractors, and even wrangling her husband to help move items out of the house. I was living two hours away, and dealing with the death of my mother during my most recent transaction, and it was such s huge blessing to have her on my side. To say that she went above and beyond would be an understatement. She has my eternal gratitude, and my highest recommendation. I promise you will not find a better agent or person than Shelby French.

Shelby French literally makes dreams come true! I cannot recommend Shelby enough. My husband and I had been searching for a home in the Arnold/Murphys area for some time, and with the combination of Shelby’s local knowledge and deep understanding of our needs and requirements, she ended up finding the perfect home for us. We ran into a snag with the deal, but Shelby was extremely creative and quickly came up with a solution that worked for us and the sellers, and the deal went through smoothly. I cannot stress the importance of working with a local and seasoned professional who knows the nuances of the local market, is well-connected, and has deep insight into real estate law. Not only is Shelby professional and knowledgeable, but she is also an absolute delight to work with – patient, thoughtful, nice, and extremely responsive!

Leah helped us buy our dream home in Arnold! She was so responsive, helpful, and patient. Leah spent so much time with us looking at properties (8 or 9 in total, I think), never pushing any sort of agenda but answering questions honestly, which was so helpful to us since we aren't local. Once we found THE ONE, Leah connected us with a fantastic lender, coordinated all of the inspections, and gave lots of recommendations for professional services and inside scoop on the neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend Leah to someone looking to buy or sell!

Leah did an amazing assisting us with the purchase of our Cabin in Toulume County. Her expertise and negotiation skills allowed us to get the best deal with the favorable outcome for both the seller and us the buyers. Leah held my hand from start to end, jumped through a thousand hoops and did it all with a smile. She was a breath of fresh air and made it all seem effortless. In the end, I sold my cabin in three days and picking up keys to a new home in two days. A win/win.
