Our experience with Debra & Milestone Realty was excellent. Right from the start she was prompt, responsive, and professional while still being down to earth and fun to work with. After working with us to put together a plan that took into account our situation & goals, we basically ended up selling our home in a day. A hot market doesn't mean you don't need help or that the details don't matter. Don't kid yourself, when making the biggest transaction of your life, the details always matter. Knowledge of the area, unbeatable content and marketing, even a thoughtful closing gift that wasn't just a bottle of bubbles. Good or bad, we don't write a lot of reviews, but I have zero hesitation recommending Milestone Realty for your southcoast real estate needs. Debra hustles like you are her only client, but you still get the benefit and resources of an amazing firm that she's built from the ground up. It's the best of both worlds. Debra Viveiros is a amazing she is very knowledgeable she is always there when you need her as well as her staff. This is not my first home that I bought with her and all I can say if your look to buy or sell a home use Milestone Reality you will be dealing with some top of the line folks !

If you are looking for someone who can answer any questions and is always wiling to be available, Deb is the realtor for you. Deb is honest and will not steer you in the wrong direction!... Awesome experience!!

I am a first time home buyer and was a little bit nervous about the process of it all. Debra and her team, made my experience with buying a home so easy. She was always there to answer any questions I had, at any time (I always had a million questions). She is so patient, caring, and always there for her clients. She has your back and gets to know you and what you want in your home. I would 1000% recommend her. She is also very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to explain things to you as best she can and if she doesn’t know an answer she will guide you to the correct person to answer it.

Deb is the ultimate professional! She is also approachable, always ready to help us anytime we reached out to her with the littlest questions or concerns. She guided us through the entire process and got our house sold in 5 days just as she had promised. She’s the best at what she does and I recommend Deb and her team with more than 5 stars if I could!
