Jordan went above and beyond to sell my home and purchase a new one. I had lived in my home for over fifty-two years and had no idea how to proceed. From day one, after listening to me explain my situation, he was patient and understanding, answering any and all questions about the whole process. I felt confident that he was acting in my best interest. He made sure that I knew what options I had and guided me through every step. My home was sold at the asking price on the first day! He also helped me find my new home. We actually closed on both houses on the same day, Jordan made sure that it would happen. I would also like to thank Ana Dias from his team at Keller Williams South Wattupa, who was instrumental in helping me get all the paperwork done and processed correctly. Matthew was incredible! He went above and beyond. Not only did he have to deal with myself and boyfriend as it was our first home buying experience , he also had to deal with my mom as we purchased a duplex together. Matthew always kept us informed for not only the big things but the little things as well. He always responded to all of our questions, calls and texts within minutes every single time and never once made us feel as if we were bothering him.

When I first met Mr. Aguiar at an open house, I had no idea that my wife had already signed a contract with him as our buyer's agent. I simply thought he was a courteous realtor attending the event with us. However, as we started working on the house we eventually bought, I began to notice the professional skills Mr. Aguiar possessed in dealing with the tricky (if not crafty) price-raising tactics employed by the seller's agent. Mr. Aguiar helped us analyze the number of potential buyers and their corresponding price ranges, suggesting an offer that had a higher chance of winning the bid while still remaining within a reasonable market price range and our financial capabilities. When small issues with the house arose after our offer was accepted, Mr. Aguiar helped explain the potential causes of the defects and provided several possible solutions in different budget ranges. He also effectively conveyed our concerns to the seller. Although we never heard back from them on these matters, I felt that Mr. Aguiar wasn't just saying pretty words to make us feel comfortable; he was genuinely trying to work with us to resolve these issues. After going through the entire process, I can confidently say that Mr. Aguiar is a reliable real estate broker, and I would be delighted to work with him again on our next house purchase.
