It was an absolute joy working with Deena when selling our beloved home of 22 years. When she cane through the door she made me feel as though our house was the most beautiful she had ever saw and made us feel confident in putting our sale in her hands. Our house sold in hours thanks to her detailed and eloquent listing along with beautiful pictures to showcase our home in the best possible light. She negotiated calmly and professionally in our new home as well and helped us attain a smooth transition in our new home. Very professional and highly responsive. Deena Carvajal was able to guide me through bidding process efficiently and help me with post acceptance procedures effectively. She was able to professionally and calmly handle issues that kept cropping up with a "difficult" seller and, even after closing, was willing to go the extra mile to help me with HOA matters.
