    I initially connected with Delinda through a referral by my lawyer, but am so glad to have had her and her wonderful team for selling my first house! I would not have chosen anyone else, and am thankful to have had the pleasure of working with her throughout the whole process. As a young individual, clueless and lost with going about selling a house for the first time, she made it less stressful and took her time to take me every step of the way. Delinda and her team are the best. They not only made me feel like a client, but family as well :)

    Al made everything so easy from having prepared booklets each day of the search to making sure the sellers fixed all the little things we asked for on the to do lists.He is a man of his word and now my wife and I feel like we have a friend in Henderson Nv. If you are looking for a realtor in the Henderson area he is the BEST!!!!!

    Recently, my wife and I purchased a home for her parents. They found a location they liked and it was nearby relatives. The only issue is we didn’t know the area well and we didn’t have an agent to assist us. We asked around and eventually found Jordana Lane. We were extremely lucky to find her. Unfortunately, I worked nonstop due to it being the busy season and my wife couldn’t make her way out to Henderson, NV due to her busy season, too. Jordana selected houses, received feedback, and narrowed down on what we wanted. As we wanted a single story home due to my in-laws age, it was hard to find. Eventually we did find a newly renovated house. I had my consternations with the price of the house. It’s easy to become frustrated with someone like me who is insistent on what the price of certain assets are. However, Jordana understood this. She understood that the price isn’t what I liked, so she started negotiating closing costs down. Rather than haggle over the price of the home, she haggled the ancillary costs down to make it cheaper to purchase, which was brilliant as she understood that not everything is a zero sum game. Because we could not visit the abode, she handled the inspections, the negotiations for repairs, the walk throughs, and also helped us with the utility companies. She was so organized, we could have closed the house in 15 days; however, she knew I wanted to close closer to the end of the month due to the payment of interest. Jordana’s organizational ability, her negotiation skills, and her professionalism is the high standard we all should aspire to be.

    We want to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the Crampton Group. Delinda was fantastic in meeting with us initially and helping us to understand exactly how the process would work and then our agent, Jordana, who did an outstanding job in helping us purchase a new home. Jordana worked tirelessly to find the perfect place even after we shifted from our initial thoughts on what we were looking for. She was in constant communication and was extremely professional. She assisted in making the closing procedure very quick and smooth. In addition, after the closing she provided us with many resources in the area as we were new to this location. We highly recommend the Crampton group and Jordana Lane.

    Working with Al was an absolute pleasure. He helped my aunt find the perfect home, and his patience, kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Al took the time to understand her needs and preferences and was able to find her the perfect home. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
