She was referred to us by my mother who Denise also helped sell a property for. She drove two hours (one way-from Douglas to Tucson) to meet us and inspect our property. She was very professional, personable and flexible with her schedule. She took care of us, she made sure our best interests were taken in to consideration, and that all features that need to be highlighted to showcase our wonderful home for buyers was showcased. She provided photography for the home free of charge, kept us informed at every step of the process. She could not have made our military (short notice) move and sale of the house any easier. She is a true blessing in 2020.

Denise was wonderful. She was there for me every step of the way. As a single mom of 3 kids, I thought that owning a home was out of the question, but she helped bring my dreams to life. She helped me get into contact with a mortgage company. Then she helped me find the home. When it came to questions, she would call back or email back right away with an answer. She was very knowledgeable and supportive. She got me a great deal and got me all the things I wanted and more. I appreciate her so much and without her, I would not be a home owner today. Thanks for making my dream a reality!

Denise Machado did a wonderful job helping my family buy our first home. Denise always went above and beyond to help me, and answer all of my questions with her knowledge and expertise. We are beyond pleased with the home we purchased and I honestly would not have had the courage to begin the process without Denise. I only went in to ask how I could possibly ever own a home, not thinking it would ever be possible. Denise made me feel comfortable and was so knowledgeable that I was confident about my decision and confident that I had her by my side to help. Over a year has passed and I still call Denise with some of my questions, for which she continues to be a big help!
