Desiree and her team are outstanding. They helped me sell our home we had lived in for 27 years, that had a lot of deferred maintenance. Des and her team thoroughly assessed where we should invest to make the home shine, and handled all of the details, working with vendors, keeping us informed, and tracking to our budget. That alone was a huge relief, and then our house sold for $200,000 over asking. Des knows the market exceedingly well, took the time to educate us on the home selling process, and negotiated and handled all the closing details. But wait, there's more. Des also helped me buy my next home. It's in a high fire risk area and she even helped me find an insurance broker. The whole buying process was also very smooth, and Des continues to check in, asking if I need anything. Finally, Des is just a very nice, honest person who made a stressful time really manageable. I really can't say enough about the whole experience and recommend her in a heartbeat.

Desiree is a pro's pro. I've known her for years and in addition to being extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate spectrum she is highly integrity based. Recently Desiree put us in our forever home. There were a number of complexities to this particular deal and Desiree navigated all of the challenges while staying poised and keeping us informed every step of the way. So grateful that she was in our corner. In important transactions like this it really matters who you trust. Highly recommend Desiree to anyone who needs help either buying or selling a home.

Desiree went above and beyond for us. I know people say that as a generality but she actually went Above and BEYOND what any other agent would do. She treated us like her family and seemed as invested in our getting our dream home as we were. After we closed, she even took personal time to make sure we had everything we needed and found vendors for us regarding homeownership needs. We love her and wish we could buy two more houses this year with her. ??
