    Lyndsey is simply the best real estate agent! She is knowledgeable and very competence. At the first meeting, her confidence, knowledge and research materials made us decide on the spot that Lyndsey was our sale agent. It was also nice that she valued our house as we saw it. Lyndsey was so capable, there was not much we needed to do. While we were trying to settle in the new house hundred miles away, this were blessing. She communicated timely and provided necessary guidance. We knew the process was going smoothly and placed full trust in Lyndsey to handle each steps. It was a smooth and stress free house sale! Since we did not need to do anything, selling the house was actually enjoyable. Thanks Lyndsey.

    Working with Jon was an excellent experience. We called Jon and from the start he asked about our wants and needs and started finding solutions for us. We needed to sell our home on the peninsula before purchasing in the Danville area and ended up having a contingent transaction for the purchase of our new home dependent on the sale of our current home. It was complex and could have been very stressful, but luckily Jon was on our side. He's calm and steady when things were complicated and fast-moving. His calm demeanor comes from his long experience in real estate in the Bay Area and his relationships with others in the industry. He’d previously dealt with every situation we faced and knew how to solve any problem quickly. He helped us keep perspective when issues arose and he got the sale over the line. • Knows the area and neighborhoods. • Cares about his clients’ needs and wants. Provides recommendations, but then tirelessly executed on our decisions. • Excellent negotiator, we paid under asking price in a market where every sale was 20% over the asking price. • Confident and calm professional throughout complex up and down contingent sales transactions. • Experience shines through in every phase of the transaction. • Savvy - Knew when to raise an issue with the sellers or let it be for the time being, • Knew when and how to influence the other parties in the home purchase process - mortgage companies, appraisal process, and seller’s agents.

    We decided to move out of the Bay Area in order to retire. I will be honest - I chose Coldwell Banker agents initially because I wanted to save a little bit of money. What I didn't expect was that I would gain such valuable assistance from Jon and Camille. I personally prefer a move-in ready home with all the bells and whistles and nothing to worry about. So my approach to selling our home was to put it in a condition that would meet my own standard. I felt that if potential buyers saw small problems, they could be scared away by imaginary bigger problems. I wanted everything to look perfect. Unfortunately, the Pandemic and housing crunch made it very difficult to find contractors who wanted to undertake the mostly cosmetic changes we needed in our home. Several didn't call back or told me bluntly that the job wasn't big enough. But Jon had contacts with whom he'd worked for many years, and they did excellent work that was both on time and on budget. I really can't say enough about it - these people made my home sale a success, and I am not an easy client! The result was that we received multiple offers, with the winning bid 14% over asking. I couldn't be happier with the result, and I know that the buyers got a well-maintained, nicely updated home. Jon and Camille - thank you so much!
