It was a pleasure working with Christy to purchase our property. From our introduction phone call to close of escrow, she was very friendly and professional. Whenever properties that matched our criteria became available, she sent me the listings and was flexible in accommodating my schedule for the property tours. She is very knowledgeable about the market trends and worked diligently to gather insights from seller agents and other sources so that I have as much information as possible to make an informed decision on a property. Although it is a very competitive market and we looked at many properties without success, I started to get somewhat discouraged, but Christy continued to find listings for me to view and eventually we found the perfect house for my parents! It was a relief and joy after several months of searching, but we couldn’t have done it without Christy’s determination, expertise, and professionalism. We are forever grateful to have had Christy represent us.

Mark did an amazing job in helping us purchase our first ever home. He understood what we were looking for, was patient with us when I was indecisive on what I wanted (haha), took great care in keeping in contact and keeping us updated, and overall just made the process so smooth. His negotiation skills and knowledge are top notch and did not steer us wrong. We hope to be in this house for a long time, but if we ever go looking again any time down the road, will only use Mark. Highly highly recommend. Can not recommend him enough. He is no bull, will tell you like it is, and will keep your wants and needs in the front of his mind at all time. Knowledgeable, caring, friendly, communicative, great negotiator, top of his class!
