Devin has been a huge help for me when buying my first house. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to answer all my questions. This is the fourth time we have used Devin - twice for ourselves and twice for my mother. We continue to be impressed with how well he knows the area and is able to find homes that no one else seems to know about. The best part of using Devin is after you decide on a home. He negotiates on your behalf and gets things thrown in or gets sellers to cover certain things. We will definitely use Devin next time also!

Devin did an outstanding job helping us get an offer on our home within the first week he put it on the market. From our initial visit until papers were signed to officially close on our house, Devin did an excellent job of keeping us informed and helping us negotiate in a way that was a win/win for everybody. His market research was thorough and his expertise and advice were excellent.
