She developed a strategic approach that bridged the gap between my expectations and the seller’s demands, securing a deal I initially thought was out of reach. Her ability to read people and navigate complex negotiations ensures the best outcome for her clients. 2. Client-Centric Approach Diana takes the time to truly understand her clients’ unique goals. Diana's expertise, professionalism, people skills, and connections are the key to my successful and satisfactory buying process. In our first consultation session, Diana thoroughly explained the steps of the buying process and things to research about, and sent me reading materials afterwards, so I had a clear idea of how to get started. She also helped me narrow down my search criteria and clarify my "must-have" and "good-to-have" requirements so that I could be prepared to make fast decisions when the opportunities come, which is essential when facing a market with limited and infrequent good options. She also connected me with several reliable loan officers and made sure I have my loan package ready, which turned out to be an important component for making appealing offers. During the touring stage, every week I would pick out listings I was interested in, and Diana would schedule private showings for me, accommodating to my schedule. She would point out general pros and cons about the places based on her knowledge and experience, but she would also ask me questions to learn about my preferences as well, so she could make recommendations according to my needs. When I was ready to make an offer (which was a Saturday night), Diana spent several hours with my family going through the disclosure documents in detail. She also kept professional and timely communication with the listing agent to make sure all our questions were answered and that we express our interest well to the seller. There were several competing offers in this case, but Diana didn’t ask us to raise the offer just to more easily secure the deal. Instead she discussed with us our acceptable price range as well as suggested reasonable offering strategies. In the end our offer was accepted among 8 competing offers. In my perspective, this was not necessarily because we made the highest offer, but because we had the best communication with the seller and presented the best overall package. After closing, Diana connected me with contractors for remodeling. She also checked in with me every now and then to see if things were going well. She had always been very responsive when I tried to reach her (even during holiday seasons), and I feel I could still ask her anything about my home and get the proper help I need. I was lucky to have Diana as my agent and was very happy about my buying experience. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy their dream home in the Bay Area.

As first time home buyers, we feel blessed to have Diana as our realtor. There's so much we love about her -- 1. Diana is extremely knowledgeable about different houses as well as the area. You can ask her anything, and she never disappoints. She loves to share her expertise, and we have learned so much along the way. 2. Meanwhile, she is a warm, responsive, patient, and caring person. It has been fun and pleasant to talk and work with her. She is not only a realtor, but also a friend and a sister. Through all the steps of the house buying process, Diana is always there to help. She does not stop helping us even after we close. 3. Diana never pushes us to make a decision. Instead, she lets us take our time to gradually learn and figure out what we really want (the location, the type of house, the school district, etc.). She also helps to analyze what the market has to offer to meet our developing needs. However, when we find the right house, she acts fast and makes the right offer at the right timing. 4. Diana is great at communicating and negotiating. She attends conferences and training sessions on various real estate topics like negotiation skills. You can totally count on her when it comes to making an offer and getting it accepted! House hunting can be intimidating for first time home buyers like us, especially in this crazy market in the bay area. Fortunately, Diana has always been there to advise and support, and help us find the right home. She has made the entire process a happy and memorable journey for us. We had a very tight timeline to find a home, make an offer, and close on a home purchase in a very competitive market. Diana was very professional, honest, and accurate with her guidance on how to get this done, and she helped us close on our new home! I've known Diana very well for a long time before we chose her as our agent. She is super professional, responsive and patient. After touring open house with us for only one day, she was able to precisely capture our preferences and then she really helped us with home selection which saved a lot time and efforts for us. She is also very responsible. Every time we wanted to place a bid, she thoroughly went over all the documents with us and pointed out everything that might be a risk in the future. We have recommended her to many of our friends already and we never heard any complaints from them.
