We can't say enough about our experience working with Diane during the purchase of our first home. She was very knowledgeable of the market, was always responsive when we had questions, and in six months of looking at potential homes never put an ounce of pressure on us to make a decision. After finally finding and purchasing our home, she referred us to an outstanding painter and we used her husband - who did a fantastic job - as a contractor to do some work on the house. We would recommend Diane to anyone and in the event we ever decide to sell our home there's no one else we will call. She's the best!

Diane knows the tri-city area intimately, and as the seller's agent, she was able to target the right price point that was attractive to the seller and many buyers. She staged the property beautifully, and she marketed it well.

Diane is friendly, knowledgeable and has the contacts necessary to buy and sell in today's marketplace. She is very easy to work with and really accomplishes her client's goals quickly and painlessly. She returns phone calls faster than anyone I know!

Diane represented us in the sale of our home in Bartlett, IL and the purchase of our new home in Batavia, IL. Diane was very impressive from the beginning till the end. She was able to secure a buyer for our home in half the time I thought was even possible! Diane was very easy to work with and was always accessible throughout; early AM, late PM, she was always responding to my calls/texts/emails as well as my wife's. She has a great network of other realtors which allowed us to see houses before they were even listed.
