Dave was AMAZING throughout the entire process. Any questions we had he answered immediately, and if he wasn’t sure of the answer himself he got us in touch with the someone who would immediately. Dave was always extremely responsive and more than willing to take time out of his day to speak with us. If I could give more than 5 stars i absolutely would and I can say with 100% certainty we will be using Dave for any home buying or selling we do in the future.

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with for a recent investment property purchase. His initial call was thoughtful, inquisitive, and he quickly was able to hone in on exactly the type of property that I was looking for. We had one day of showings, an offer the next day, and I had a signed contract the following day. Jonathan was efficient, gave great well-researched recommendations for pricing, and we were able to close my deal quickly and easily. I will work with Jonathan again in the future, and highly recommend him to someone looking for a realtor. He’s great!

Johnathan was great to work with, I had first started talking to him when we were looking for a local rental. He was able to connect me with someone in the area, but things just did not work out. For months he would check in with me on possible homes in the area, some we never even made it to the showing because the seller accepted an offer before we could even get there. But Jonathan notified me about this particular home that was going to be hitting the market within days and we were able to get a showing in the day after it hit the market. Jonathan guided us on how best to make our offer more attractive to the seller and that very same evening our offer was accepted. He was very professional and was always a phone call or text away.
