After my mother passed away, we needed to sell her home. We chose to work with Diane and we're so glad we did. She was excellent in every aspect of the process. She was highly responsive and always made herself available to us, despite her busy schedule. We live out of state and what was a stressful process for us was made less so due to her competency and professionalism. We highly recommend Diane to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. You will not find a better realtor!

Diane listed and sold our condo for us. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Great attention to detail! She put herself entirely at our disposition, and kept us informed every step of the way. Overall the entire process went very smoothly.

Diane first met with us to get to know us and understand our needs in selling our home. We were not sure when we wanted to put our home on the market because we weren't yet ready. Diane explained her service concept and gave us some advice on important things to do or consider before marketing our home. A few weeks later when we decided we wanted to go ahead and list the house, Diane was there to guide us through final preparations and to help us determine a competitive price. Diane was extremely helpful in ensuring that all parties were aware of the many features of our home so that the true value was accurately and fully understood. Diane kept us advised of all critical points throughout the process of prep, listing, showings, offer assessments, contract negotiation, and closing. Diane had explained in our first meeting with her that if we engaged her as listing agent for the sale of our home, we would receive her full attention and commitment to helping us with all aspects of the sale. She fully met her promise. Thanks, Diane, for making the sale of our home a very good experience!

Cannot say enough good things about Diane. To say she is responsive would be an understatement. My first interaction with her I emailed her at 10 pm on a Saturday night with a few addresses of places I wanted to see. On Sunday morning I had a text from Diane saying that the showings were confirmed, as well as the time to be there and the rest is history! I recently moved to this area with no family within hundreds of miles. As a first time home buyer, this was a very daunting task but Diane could not have made it any easier. I truly felt like she treated me as if I were her own family, which meant a lot to me. Even after this house is closed, I will not hesitate in the future to reach out to Diane, even in regards to unrelated areas, as I know she is more than willing to help. She is very honest and upfront, while being incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I will absolutely recommend Diane to any one and every one that is considering buying/selling a home. I truly believe that without Diane I never would have bought a home and I thank her so much for giving me that sense of security and confidence in her and in myself.

Awesome realtor agent. She understood what we wanted and delivered it. It was very easy to accommodate my schedule and She was always on time. I will do business again. I highly recommend Diane.
