Words cannot describe how incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient both Tonya and Zach are. My brother and I were moving from Virginia in a frustratingly hot market and with an even more frustratingly incompetent lender. They jumped through hoops to make our purchase as smooth as possible before we were even aware that those hoops were there. They ALWAYS answered phone calls and texts immediately, and anticipated what needed to be done to close before our lender even asked for it. There is NO way that we could have closed on our home without them and their incredible work effort and diligence. I don't usually write reviews but I thought they deserved praise for going above and beyond. I couldn't imagine EVER working with anyone else when purchasing a home. We have found a realtor for life.

The Colette team was awesome to work with and kept us up to date with listings and answered our questions very quickly throughout our home buying experience. Even after we purchased our new home, they still helped providing professional expertise. I would definitely recommend them.

The Coletti Team just helped us sell a house in Sebastian, Florida, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. They are incredibly easy to work with and took the time to answer all of our questions and walk us through the process from beginning to end. They even created a walkthrough video highlighting the house and also coordinated staging since we had already moved out of the home before we listed it. The end result? My wife and I worked with Tonya to purchase our first home and we had a fantastic experience. You feel a whirlwind of emotions during the home buying process, periods of enthusiasm as well as some let downs. Tonya kept our hopes up when she sensed we needed it, and encouraged us to feel excited when we felt things were seemingly too good to be true. We found ourselves in a bidding war for the house we eventually bought, and throughout those stressful couple of days, she was in constant contact with both the selling party and us, keeping us constantly updated.
