I have been working with John and Diane for 8 years. They have helped me bought and sold 2 properties. They are highly professional and know the real estate market really well. They are well connected with various real estate services such as escrow, remodeling, repairs, etc, making it a convenient one-stop solution. They are very detail-oriented and always provide useful insight and big-picture view. What I like the most about John and Diane is that they always look out for the best interest of their clients, whether you're buying or selling, which I appreciate very much because they actually care about what's best for you rather than just trying to close a deal. John and Diane have also helped a lot of my friends buy and sell their properties, and all of them have had a great experience. I'd highly recommend John and Diane!

To my great fortune, I found John and Diane Cirignani through the real estate web platform, Upnest. I was selling my family home in California, because my mom passed away. I was stuck in Germany during the pandemic, therefore, being able to select a real estate agent while 10,000 miles away, was a source of angst for me. But John and Diane made it easy. They coached me through what I had to do to prep the house for sale even 3 months before I got to California. I was particularly impressed that they would go to open houses within a few block's of my family home to really get a feel for the 'condition' of the homes being sold and at what price -- all in the effort to properly price my house for sale. They would keep me updated by email on new listings in my neighbourhood so that I was also well informed on the real estate market that was micro-specific to my property. Once I got to California and met with John and Diane, and looked them straight in the eye, I knew I hired the right pair for the job. They were honest, professional, and sensitive to the fact that I was selling my beloved mother's home. They staged the house beautifully, and they recommended small repairs that made a huge difference in getting an excellent price, which was sold above list price. Once the house was sold, that's where John and Diane really shined. We sold the house to a couple who were getting a VA loan, which has a much higher underwriting standard than other loans. Through every hiccup and hurdle, John and Diane got in front of every challenge. What I mean by this is, if there was a problem, I didn't even know about it until they already found a solution to the problem. This probably saved me several sleepless nights!!! In the end, escrow closed and there were no big surprises, no drama, only a very happy ending. We, the sellers got an above-asking price for the house and the buyers got to buy their dream home. I highly recommend John & Diane Cirignani. They are truly the salt of the earth. I will never forget them.

Diane and John were fantastic and provided state-of-the-art service, guiding me through the entire process of purchasing my dream condo, from refining my search criteria to negotiating repair costs into the final purchase price. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated their expertise, familiarity of the area where I was looking to purchase, patience, availability, and promptness from the very start. I would strongly recommend Diane and John to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Orange County.

I met John and Diane Cirignani when I was looking for realtors to help me sell my home. They had sold the last model-match property in my community so I reached out to them. I met with many different realtors and found John and Diane to be the most honest, intelligent, and capable of them all. John and Diane always went above and beyond in helping me sell my property. They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. If there was ever a question or help that I needed that they couldn’t provide themselves, John and Diane would find someone that could. They were always very nice and very reliable and I really couldn't have asked for more. Finding these two real estate super heroes was certainly a blessing for me given the extremely difficult year I was having with my property. If you happen to have these two on your side, consider yourself very lucky!

I would highly recommend John and Diane Cirignani. They recently sold my mother’s home in Mission Viejo. I live out of the area, and they made the entire process extremely easy, saving me many hours of aggravation and work. After my initial call to them, they responded within minutes. Their responsiveness and excellent communication remained strong throughout the process. John and Diane helped find vendors to help with repairs and the estate sale. They did everything from coordinating the bid process, to reviewing the bids, to managing the repairs until completion. Their marketing of our home on media was excellent and included great photos. The house sold quickly, and we got the price that we wanted. In summary, they went above and beyond in all aspects of selling the house. They were professional, responsive, and extremely diligent in helping us sell my mom’s home.
