My wife and I recently decided to move closer to our grandchildren and we listed the house we had called home for nearly 30 years. We interviewed numerous agents we had met and known over the years and they were all very professional. We did not know Melody personally but were impressed by how many homes were listed by her and her company. Melody immediately wowed us with her knowledge of the market and the process. Most importantly, she made us comfortable during a very emotional point in our lives. From the moment we signed the listing agreement till the day we closed, Melody was always one step ahead. We talked through the process and she patiently listened to our thoughts and concerns. She took every call immediately and directed us better than we could have imagined. Five weeks from the day we listed, we closed. Choosing Melody to be our guide was the best decision we could have made. She's not only very good at what she does, you'll most likely end up seeing her as a friend. We highly recommend Melody.

Melody was absolutely fantastic - reviewing our home with oversized view lot, recommending a price point for sale AND already had a buyer for our property. Because of her past expertise in our Nellie Gail Ranch community, Melody was actively pursuing buyers for upcoming sales. Melody was very attentive to the entire process of selling our home.
