Ms. Dianna was a great help; she was there throughout the process. Being a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns about hidden/unforeseen costs that may come with being a first-time homeowner. Ms. Dianna's input helped ease those concerns and eventually the final decision to make that big purchase. Working with Ms. Dianna eased the stress of looking for a home and I greatly appreciate the help and guidance in reaching this American dream of owning a home. Thank you, Ms. Dianna

Dianna was my agent when I purchased my home.Initially things were ok.When we purchased the previous owner want to stay there for one more month to complete school year and we also agreed as we were moving from california.However while they move out they removed wall fixtures and curtain rod brackets leaving hole on the wall.When we spoke to Dianna she said she will ask to repair.Unfortunately ,it seems they tried to repair themself without professional help leading to more damage on wall as well as not used matching paint created ugly look on every wall on that house.As she was not able to keep up the promise we informed Dianna that we will have our contractor repair it and pay the amount for repair.She spoke to seller’s agent and informed that seller is refused to pay as the transaction is over.As it was agent’s responsibility to make sure the property is not damaged after extended stay,Dianna said she and seller’s agent will compensate us and we can go ahead with the repair and repainting.As it is specific color including customisation we replaced with white color.However I presented the bill for only the wall they damaged and repaired.However after submitting bill around 4200 she said she was expecting around $2500 which i challenged.after couple of days she refused to pay even a single dollar saying that previous owner refused to pay(which is she initially communicated and said both agents will compensate from their commission). being a first time home buyer i was not sure about these kinda false promises by agent and cheating behaviour. Unfortunately I don’t have any option .I would not recommend Dianna to anyone .Even if you are going with them make sure you have every settlement done before finalising transaction else she will back out from her promise.Apart from that she promised to plant tree on backyard for privacy which is also not done.Please stay away from people who doesn’t keep promises.

Dianna served as my buyer's agent and did a tremendous job negotiating the price for the home I bought. She has a thorough knowledge of resources to contact to get needed answers. She was always available and willing to provide assistance as we moved through the contract negotiating and buying process. I highly recommend her as she is definitely in your corner to get closure on what is needed.

Dianna did an outstanding job in helping us through out the process. She has made this process enjoyable and easy for my wife and I. She helped us with things we didn't have knowledge on, and provided us with great help and tips to make our decision better. She was always responsive and made time for us to make sure we make such a big decision with all the information we should know when making the decision. We couldn't be happier for deciding to go with Dianna as our realtor. ON top of all of that, she's just a very pleasant person to be around. We appreciate all your help! We are now PROUD home owners!
