Dionne and her team are seasoned professionals advocating and educating their clients through every step of the process! For example, Dionne made sure the warranty for my new home was sufficient and what she recommended was agreed upon at closing. She discussed property taxes and how they can impact my total costs. She helped point out properties that could be adversely impacted by environmental issues such as flood zones, etc. I highly recommend this agent/broker and her team for all of your real estate needs! Dionne always made me feel like my needs as a client were important and it never felt like I was asking for too much. I work long days and Dionne would never seem bothered when I would call her after work. I would 1000% work with Dionne again and recommend her to family and friends. Dionne is very knowledgeable about the home buying process. She's not afraid to think out side of the box. Whenever I called her, her right response was how can I help. She assisted me in letting in a contractor to upgrade my kitchen. Not only was she willing to meet the contractor at 8 AM she was willing to stay at the property until the work was completed.
