I bought my first house/land from Don. He met with me time after time for a long time. Don has a very calm and easy-going personality which made him so easy to talk to. I was a first-time home buyer, and young and he helped me understand what I was looking for and what I wasn’t looking for. He drove me all over the place looking at land and houses. He was always honest and he was very responsive. From time to time I would ask Don questions after I bought my house-years after, and he would still write to me, talk to me, and meet with me. Now, 12 years later, I am looking to see my house and move elsewhere. I have been drilling him with questions and he STILL is so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Don Goudreau.

Don helped us to sell our place up in Penacook, during a crutial time. The housing bubble effect was shaken the market, houses were not selling and potential buyers, were more interested in new constructions (I couldn't blamed them). Through this topsy-turvy period, when their were moments of uncertainty, Don and his wife, who later on joined him in the business, were always reachable, dependable honest and professional.
