Don and Jayne Kracke are the best realtors we have ever found and we have bought and sold many houses. They are not only knowledgeable, professional and pleasant but go beyond the call of duty to help in any and every way possible. Their work ethic is outstanding and communication skills top notch! We have been impressed during the entire buying process, especially when we encountered some "bumps in the road." We would highly recommend them and will use their services in the future if there is ever a need!

We've had the pleasure of working with Don Kracke as both buyers and sellers. He was the listing agent for the home we bought and we were so impressed with his knowledge of the property and quick responses on every issue that we made a note to list with him should we ever sell. Sure enough, a few years later, we were moving and listed/sold the house with Don. My wife and I have bought and sold over a dozen homes and have dealt with both good and bad realtors. While most realtors talk about maximizing your sell price or minimizing your purchase price, the sad reality is that they just want to close your deal and chase the next commission. Don Kracke is the exception; he worked with us to get us a fair price for our property both when we bought and when we sold. His knowledge of the market is uncanny; trust his recommendations on listing/offer prices. There are certain things that I want in a realtor: Honesty and ethics, responsiveness and professional competency; Don Kracke has all these characteristics in spades.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Don. He helped us not only buy our first home, but recently sell it. Having worked with him on both sides of the process we would let anyone we knew looking for a great realtor to contact Don. He knows the local area and is always quick to get back to you with answers. He never pushed us into anything we didn't want and let us make our decisions, offering any advice we needed.

His professional knowledge and efficiency made the purchase of our rural acreage a pleasure! We have purchased many houses, in many locations and no realtor has been better to work with. We would recommend him without resovation!
