We all know how easy it is to think of bad/negative things about people and situations. I've had many months, trying to think of any problems/issues I had with Krista. I came up with NOTHING! Krista is seriously the best realtor I know! I can not believe how smoothly and amazingly this went! I had no idea what I was doing (it's scary buying a home) and I forgot a few things Krista said. But Krista was very patient and explained everything! Any question I had, Krista dug until she had an answer! I had no anxiety during the process! And she made sure things were done and done right! Definitely someone you can trust! Thank you for everything Krista!!

Krista was amazing to work with! We called her with an urgent need to help us, and she came without hesitation. She listened to our needs and was always ready to assist. She was patient and understanding, worked well with our 4 children. The home buying process can be filled with anxiety, excitement and disappointment, but she was always ready to support, encourage, and find solutions to anything that would arise. 6 months after the purchase of our home and we couldn't be happier with how well things went working with her. We can't recommend her enough!

Krista was in incredible help as my wife and I bought our first home. She was knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, and was always happy to answer our rookie-home-buyer questions! She really took care of everything and set our minds at ease, making sure we had all the right information and were taken care of in every way. We cannot recommend Krista enough if you are buying or selling a house in the Beatrice area!

Krista was the first to respond when I sent out an online request to multiple realtors about a home, and I'm glad she did! She showed me many homes on many days, being very patient and understanding of our needs for a new home. She never overwhelmed us or had us do too much at once. She brought in a contractor to address concerns we had in one home we were considering, and it saved us a lot of trouble! When we wanted to put in an offer on the home we bought, she moved quickly and we got it. She answered the many questions I had at all times of the day. So easy to communicate with and always made very efficient use of our time. I highly recommend using Krista as your agent!

Krista was very helpful and knwoledgable in the selling of our house. We tried to sell it on our own for over a year and when Krista took it over she had a buyer in just over a month.
