WOW!! What an experience we had selling my mom's house in Cripple Creek. My mom lives in New Mexico and I live in Washington State so we both traveled there to take a look at the house and try to figure out how to get it ready to sell. It had a hoarder living there for 15 years and everything was left behind. Donna was spectacular in helping us with getting the people there to clean up and she even brought a buyer immediately so we sold it right away. Then we ran into several issues with title, too much to detail, but she handled it like a pro. I have been a Realtor for 30 years and I was totally impressed with her knowledge and how to handle each situation we came across. I have never experienced anything like this with my clients and I really appreciated everything she did for my mom. What a blessing it was to have her on our team because I honestly don't think any other agent would have stayed on top of it the way she did. Thank you so much Donna. You Rock!!

Donna helped me navigate an estate sale. She was very knowledgeable about the HOA, the area, and has many reliable contacts for various services and tradespeople in the area. Donna communicated every step of the process with me. She was a great help during a difficult time.

Great experience with Donna. I was looking for vacant land to build on for the first time. She really listened to what I was looking for and on the first day we only had to look at two the properties she had in mind for me to find what I wanted. She then kept me informed through the process and made sure everything went correctly. Her knowledge of the local area is tremendous.

Donna is very knowledgeable in all aspects of being/selling homes. Being a long term resident of the area, she also knows just about anything you might want or need to know. She is also just plain sweet. Should I decide to sell my home, it will be Donna that I call.
