If you’re looking for a no-pressure, low-key, compassionate, kind realtor, Doug is your man. Doug was so attuned to our sale and so connected to the proper clientele that he had our property under contract with a full price offer in just 20 days. And while another broker said that we’d be lucky to get $4.1 million, Doug confidently showed us in a detailed presentation that the market would likely bear $5.35 million and it absolutely did! Doug and his team were thorough from start to finish. I cannot recommend them more highly. In selling my parents' home following their passings, it was an important to me to have a realtor who understood me, my family and of course the property. I wanted someone who knew the market. I knew the house would sell itself to the right buyer who appreciated the property, neighborhood, views, etc. Doug Liebinger and his team were the right realtor for me and my family and the fact that I had originally met him through my parents, helped make my decision on the selection of a realtor. From beginning to end, Doug and his team provided excellent advice while respecting me and my wishes. I did not want a pushy realtor who would try to convince me to do something I didn't want to do. Doug respected my boundaries and listened. Doug's assistant Chrisie and team members were superb and helped me hire staff to do what I needed to do. The "right buyer" came along - in part because they were good friends of our neighbors - but beyond that, they were nice people with their own excellent realtor. Final negotiations were respectful, pleasant and speedy. My family and I were happy and I think my parents would have been too.

Doug was a fantastic agent for us. We met him in person to explore a few properties together and shared what we liked/disliked about each unit. Once Doug knew what we were looking for, he was timely in putting new listing opportunities in front us, though never pressuring us in one direction or another. He was a true partner/consultant to us, in that he would listen to our concerns, do research on our behalf, and help provide his opinion/expertise – but without ever being pushy about it. Once we got into contract and running due diligence, Doug and his assistant Christie were on top of everything- helping us work through the process smoothly and easily. Highly recommend Doug, Christie and the rest of their team!

Doug is extremely professional yet a pleasure to communicate with. He handled a tricky transaction with ease and was quick to respond. He has years of experience in the Roaring Fork Valley and is highly respected. I have worked with many brokers, but plan to continue working with Doug on any future real estate transactions. He gets the job done without anxiety. He has a significant portfolio and never felt pressured to buy, yet I felt he negotiated well on my behalf, paid great attention to detail and trusted him when the time was right. Always feel business is in the great hands with Doug and team.

Doug was great in helping us purchase our home in Glenwood Springs. First he navigated us through a stressful bidding war, and was in constant contact with us throughout the process. Even though we live cross country I felt as if I was there every step of the way. Unfortunately, Doug had a family emergency the day of our closing and even though Doug was unavailable he left us in the very competent hands of his assistant Christine. I highly recommend Doug if looking for a home in the valley.
