Erik helped us buy a house and was incredible throughout the process. He was always available, a very nice guy to work with, and did great with negotiations. After we bought the house, he was helpful with contractors, advice, helping us learn about life in the area, and anything we asked for guidance on. Overall would highly recommend Erik and will continue to work with him should we do more real estate transactions in the Aspen/Snowmass area. Great guy, very responsive, knows the business and other agents very well, and willing to help.

Erik was extremely helpful with a difficult situation. We were trying to sell a property that our deceased father had owned. We live all over the country and nobody is in CO. Erik found a buyer, negotiated the sale remotely, and had an A+ team for the closing. It was all handled without any of us having to be there in person! I am most grateful - and would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Erik is one of the best agents I have ever used if not the best. He has handled multiple transactions for me with a couple of them being very difficult and complex. Even with the tough ones he made them very smooth and made sure I represented in the correct way. I couldn't recommend him more!

Erik has become part of our family , he was always there when we neeaded him. His local knowledge and process expertise are very impresive. Allso his negotiation skills are excellent, he was able to bring a dificult negotatin to safe harbour. I think that that it says all about Erik.
