Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable . Eden Jordan and her teammate, Sally Sullivan, exceeded my expectations during the sell of my condo. Initially, Eden presented me with a comparable market analysis to help me set a competitive listing price. They were professional and reliable during the listing and selling process; always keeping the lines of communication open throughout the entire process keeping me informed about every development. We chose Eden to sell our home for two reasons. First, she had the best track record around in terms of recent closings. Second, she grew up in the same area as the home we were selling so she knew the market and properties well. Turns out we made the right choice! We got a full price offer just 3 days after putting our home on the market. Eden knew how to push the boundaries far enough in setting price without going too high. She and her team helped get workers to the house to make repairs and spruce it up but never made us feel like we were trying to over-improve the house. Her entire team helped make the process so much less stressful. We really felt like we had a partner in Eden. Thank you Eden for your tireless work and sharing your vast expertise with us! I highly recommend Eden as your future real estate agent for Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Our family has gone through so many heavy life changes upon our move to Jacksonville, Florida.
