Edith tells it like it is. She is a very honest, hard working agent that cares about her clients and makes sure they are well informed of the properties they are interested in buying. She was my buyers agent and I highly recommend Edith to buyers who may or may not be house savvy. Her background in building/remodeling is a plus which gives her the knowledge of what to look for & what to look out for when buying.

Edith was wonderful to work with. She was a trusted advisor while we evaluated and purchased a building lot in the Beaufort area. She even helped get the local environmental authorities out on our property to talk about the process of building a boat dock.

I recently bought a house, and was extremely lucky to have Edith as my agent. She was extremely helpful. She was very patient with me as it took looking at a few homes before I found "the" house. She was also extraordinarily helpful in getting some issues with the home fixed before the final closing. I would certainly recommend Edith to anyone wanting to buy a home because she will do her very best to make sure you find the perfect home.
