I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Eric was super communicative, responding right away to calls, texts, and emails. He kept me regularly updated with any new offers or issues that came up. If he said he was going to do something, he definitely followed through and went above and beyond my expectations. Eric is accessible, dependable, and just excellent at what he does!

Eric White was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end when assisting us in the sale of our high-end executive home in Valencia, CA. There were several challenges presented by our buyer along the way but were never daunting to Eric. His military background in The Marine Corps certainly came through as he showed perseverance and an excellent work ethic. We continually inundated him with questions that he was always very happy to humbly and thoroughly answer. I don't know if I have ever experienced such consistent and excellent communication with anyone in my life. Every time I would text or call him with a question, he would always respond within minutes, usually with a phone call to thoroughly explain the answer. He would only respond by text with something that only required a short answer. Eric had our complete trust as we left our million-dollar home in his care as we moved 3,000 miles away. He took care of everything to the last detail and really did so much more than his job required. We are so grateful to call Eric a good friend and that we made the excellent decision to work with him.

Eric did it again! He is a true professional. He is always there when you need him and is very thorough at explaining everything so you can understand it. He is always looking out for my best interest and it is clear that he is here to help me. He makes the whole process so simple and painless that I will continue to use him and refer him again and again. And to top it all off he is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Thanks again Eric!
