I just closed on my new home with Ericka and OBrian, today, as my Realtors. I have had many other Realtor agents in past years, but Ericka and OBrian are the best. They are attentive, professional, always available, worked with a team who worked out the best financing for me, they know the Metro Atlanta market and so much more. They helped me make it through what could have been stressful, but was very a pleasant experience. I am definitely recommending Ericka and her team to my family and friends.

I have to sincerely thank O'Brian Cannida and Ericka Cannida for their exemplary work with me. I had a very challenging goal of acquiring a property within a 30 day period where demand for housing greatly exceeded the supply available. In working with the Cannida Team, we accomplished this goal in under two weeks! On our first attempt, I was outbid for a property that had been on the market for many weeks without an offer, and then out of no where, someone came in with an offer that was more attractive than mine. Never the less, O'Brian and Ericka demonstrated the utmost of positivity, focus, and determination to help me meet my goal, which they accomplished within 3 days of being out bid by another buyer! I am going to list out the reasons why I would recommend the Cannida Team and work with them agan on another purchase. As a heads up, if you are intersted in Florida Markets, O'Brian and Ericka can also be resources there as well as they have entered into those markets. O'Brian and Ericka demonstrate excellent customer service because they learn who you are as an individual, define your precise housing needs, and customize their efforts towards that. The Cannida Team has high availability and quick response time. If you reach out to them, they will follow up with you within a very short time frame at most any hour, late and early. They will meet with you on your time frame. I chose some off cycle days and the weather was cold and rainy, but that didn't matter. O'Brian showed up enthusiastic and ready to help me determine which property was the best fit. They have been in the business for 10 years and are buyers themselves, so they understand the administrative process in and out, how to evaluate client pricing strategies tailored toward the needs of their customer, financial market cycles, real estate trends by area, and the true valuation of any property. As you are working through the process, they explain next steps in a very simple and direct way to level set expectations appropriately.
