Erik brought enthusiasm, ideas, knowledge of the area and a hard work effort to selling our home. After a difficult year of working with two other agents that either thought passivity or constant price reduction were decent methods to achieve success, I decided to do the research and make a list of the best sellers in Highland Park. Third time was the charm for us! Erik Gimbel is a miracle worker, a fixer, a friend, and a true competitor when it comes to making sure that his clients come out on top. He’s incredibly savvy about all aspects of the housing and financial markets, he knows Chicago and the suburbs like the back of his hand, and he’s endlessly patient with any questions or nervousness that might come up. I highly recommend Erik Gimbel. Erik help us from the moment we contacted him to assist in selling our home. He guided us with pricing so that we would attract the right buyers. Erik made himself available for showings regardless of the time of day or evening. Erik brought in his own painter and handyman to make the house look appealing and up to date. When offers came in he was helpful with assessing the buyers and their offers. Ultimately, Erik helped us negotiate the final price and saw it through to the closing. Erik is a great guy on top of being an outstanding professional.

I have been working with Erik for over 10 years and every time I need him for myself or someone I know, he just amazes me at the professionalism and knowledge he has and continues to grow as a person and leader for his team. He is always on top of everything regarding the transaction. I would highly recommend him and have numerous time over.
