As first-time homebuyers, we count ourselves lucky to have found Evan! Without him, there is no chance we would have found and fallen in love with our current home. We told him everything we knew about what we wanted - location, price range, space, etc - and he gently encouraged us to widen our search, while still giving us options within our original criteria. If we are ever looking for a home again in the future, we will be sure to come back to Evan, and would immediately recommend him to anyone looking for a place of their own.

My wife and I worked with Evan to sell our condo and buy our first home and it was the best decision we could have made. Evan was knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. He did a great job helping us sell our home quickly and then find the perfect home for us. Evan was amazing! He communicated the way I preferred - meaning I asked for agents to only text or email me as I am usually on business calls - he was the first one to actually do that and it was the start of a fantastic partnership. Evan listens to your needs, guides when you need it and steps back when thing get overwhelming and you need to take a breath. As first time home-buyers he was a wealth of knowledge and put us at ease. When it came to negotiations Evan was on top of it, and we worked well as a team to make sure we got the best deal possible in a crazy housing market. We will continue to recommend and use Evan for all our future search needs!

Evan was a hardworking, diligent, and easygoing agent. He was excellent with communication and made me feel comfortable enough that I could text/email/call him whenever something came up. The first time we met him, we were late to the showing for 20 minutes and he did not say a single word about it. That’s when we decided to choose him as our agent. He was consistently nice and welcoming, told us his honest opinions about the places we saw together, and made the effort to befriend his clients instead of “just doing business”. We worked with Evan to find a condominium in Evanston and had an excellent experience with him. He was knowledgeable and service oriented. He gave us good, honest reactions to the properties we looked at and to pricing issues. He was not at all hard sell. In fact, he didn't sell us at all on any individual property, but let us make our own decisions free of any pressure whatsoever. He referred us to a good lawyer. He helped facilitate a perfectly smooth closing and our assumption of possession. And he was always available. We could not have asked for better service from an agent.
