Fran took the time to listen to my concerns. She also thoroughly answered my questions and was engaged over the course of the entire process. This specific property was on the market for a very long time and I had no success with anyone else who works in commercial sales. When Fran got involved with the listing she drastically increased the activity by marketing the property on social media. I think she even printed flyers. I would definitely use Fran again. She is a very ethical professional.

Fran was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped my family with our first house purchase. She is very friendly and willing to travel to meet you where you need. Will use her again in the future if I ever need to purchase another property.

Fran worked with us for several months looking for the right home. We made a few offers that were not accepted but she never slowed down. Always showing new homes that came on the market and making suggestions.

Fran assisted me in buying my home during my relocation to this area and if I had to go out and buy a house tomorrow, without a doubt I would not even consider using another agent. She was extremely knowledgeable and at the end while we were trying to close she was fantastic about taking care of the details so many other agents would have expected me to. But what has really impressed me is how many times she has checked in with me since the close just to see if I needed anything, how things were going etc. Highly recommended!

Fran is had a lot of patience with us finding the right house! My Fiancée and I could not have been easy as we had Fran running everywhere to look at houses and she never seamed disgusted even though I was! She explained everything as this was all knew to us and a very scary process but thank god for Fran it all went as smooth as could be. This is why we used her to sale our old house that our family of five was just to big for. I'm sure if you give Fran a chance she will not let you down as she was a great blessing during our house hunting and buying process! Thank you very much Fran!
