Our parents home came up for sell again after 5 years after we sold it in 2017. This is a crazy story but in one of the photos in the listing was our grandfathers chair from when he was an engineer with the PRR, we must have left it behind, it was tucked away on the 2nd floor in a corner. I couldn't believe my eyes. I reached out to Tiffany to see if there was any way we could get it back, Tiffany couldn't have been more helpful, within 24 hours we had the chair back. I can't say enough about how quickly she responded to help, nothing in it for her, but you would have thought we were her clients, she went above and beyond to help us. I believe this speaks volumes about her character, her willingness to help, and to go the extra mile. Thank you Tiffany, we will be shouting your praise and our recommendations to family and friends. Tiffany was extremely helpful during the homebuying process. Her knowledge and experience greatly helped to reduce stress and made the entire process more enjoyable. She is very friendly and approachable and was always available to answer any questions I had. She took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for and she was able to help me locate the perfect home in a matter of a couple weeks (on my third showing). I recommend Tiffany to anyone who is looking to streamline the stressful process of homebuying. As first time home buyers we were very new to the world of real eastate, and we had nothing but success working with Tif. She took the time to get to know us both as people and home buyers and was not afraid to show us any home to really understand what we were after and what we could expect to find in different styles of homes. She was never afraid to give her honest opinion about a location, price, or any technical details on a house (which were always told to us in a professional manner and spot on accurate ). She was extremely timely when it came to alerting us to houses that fit our needs as they came on the market and knew which we would likely pass on. There was never a time when we had a question for her or wanted to see a house where she was unavailable or wouldn't return our call immediately. When it came time to formally offer on a house she made the legal and contracting side of things a breeze and was expertly able to walk us through the entire contracting process in terms we could easily understand. She was able to take, what was for us, a new, confusing, and daunting task and made it extremely enjoyable, taught us many things along the way, and ultimately helped us purchase our first home.

Tiffany was always very flexible and punctual when we wanted to see a house, which was important in the current market. When we finally found a house we loved, she got our offer in quickly and helped us close on the perfect home for us. She was also very assertive when there were issues with our lender, which helped keep things on track.

Tiffany is an exceptional real estate agent! She took the time to actually listen to what we were looking for in a home and never "pushed" us beyond our comfort zone as many other realtors do. I cannot express enough how much my husband and I appreciate the tips/support that Tiffany gave us throughout the home buying process. She was knowledgeable of the areas where we were looking to buy and if she didn't know something about a house off the top of her head, she was always quick to get an answer for us. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the daunting process of home buying that much easier. She went above and beyond in helping us and we could not be more grateful!
