Meeting Maureen Gili and Gail Lee has been one of the most amazing events in our moving to Maryland. They were the listing realtor for the seller but once we did the closing, they have been helping us tremendously. I can’t imagine working with anyone other than Gail for my realtor. She was patient and took the time to explain many things to me about both the buying and selling process. She was there for me at anytime, day or night, and I could rely on her to be honest about the properties I was looking at. Gail showed me many properties and really took the time to go through the pros and cons of all of them. Then she wound up finding me the perfect home (twice, actually)! In addition to her relentless pursuit of my home, she was a friend, advisor, and even therapist sometimes! Although she is known as “The Queen of Poolesville”, Gail has vast knowledge of the surrounding areas and their homes, people and businesses as well. It has always been a pleasure working with her, and I would absolutely recommend Gail and her team to anyone.

Gail and her team were a dream to work with! She found us an amazing house within our budget in our first choice neighbourhood and all within two weeks in this insane housing market. She is a lovely person who made us feel comfortable right away. Her knowledge of the market and her professional skill helped us feel confident in our choice and made the sale (even with the complication of buying from overseas) go smoothly.
