Garrett has always been a hustler and goes the extra mile to ensure that the details get done. His service level and responsiveness is excellent and knowledge of the market and players in the Telluride region is impressive. Garrett gets it done - I would, and do, recommend him highly.

Garrett is very professional and hardworking. I would recommend him to both buyers and sellers. My condo didn't have parking and it didn't allow dogs so it was difficult to sell. Garrett tried numerous ways to promote and eventually sell the Mountain Village condo. The condo had a strong rental history so Garrett kept that in the front of buyers. Garrett was very patient and never gave up.
